RollsAll Offers a 1 year Warranty From The Date Received on the electronics used in our dolly's. This Includes the Axle, Motor Controller and Throttle when used under normal circumstances. Batteries have a 6 Month warranty. Due to the Use of our products we DO NOT warranty the Powder Coating, Paint, Winch OR Ratchet Strap. This warranty DOES NOT Cover shipping. We will do our best to help with any problems with our products within reason. Abuse or Neglect Voids the Warranty. Take care of the Dolly and it will Take care of you.
Our Dolly's are made to be used in wet conditions under normal circumstances. To make the product last please use common sense and keep it out of the weather when not in use. Take care of the Dolly and it will Take care of you.
Shipping is NOT included in our Prices. We can arrange shipping for you or give you the Information to get your own shipping quote. If you are close you can come Pickup your dolly.
Due to our Products being Built As Ordered and in High Demand Our lead times will vary. We understand the need for our products and can give you an Estimated Delivery Time. Due to the amount of orders or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times are ONLY an estimate, are NOT guaranteed and can change at any time. Please contact Us for Current Lead times.
We accept All Major credit cards, and Paypal for payments. Our Normal Deposit is 1k and the balance is due when the product is complete. You are welcome to Make Payments while your product is in Production. Due to these being Custom Products ALL PAYMENTS and DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE.
